The BitFire development team is looking to hire driven front-end web developers to build and improve upon the client experience interfacing with the BitFire Media Platform. Potential hires will build web-based tools that control new and existing components of the Platform.
The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn complex systems in pursuit of designing and implementing creative and intuitive control interfaces, while focusing on user experience and visual design. A standout candidate has the ability to present complicated APIs in simple and accessible formats.
This entry-level position is primarily responsible for assisting in the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting IP transmission within the BitFire Transport Network, but has the opportunity to work in Production and Engineering departments, as needed.

BitFire is seeking a Technical Sales Associate to join our Massachusetts based team. We are searching for a dynamic and energetic candidate to help drive technical sales activities, including but not limited to new customer acquisition, managing existing client relationships, and liaising technical needs of clients to BitFire’s internal teams.
You must develop a technical understanding of BitFire’s products and services as well as the broadcast transmission industry at large. You will work closely with Technical Operations and Sales to ensure proper execution of your clients’ technical needs.
